Geographical Advantages
Port Radiation
Close to Vietnam's Ho Chi Minh Port (a deep-water port with an annual throughput of over 12 million TEUs), it sails directly to the world without transshipment, resulting in low transportation costs.
Comparison with major Cambodian ports:
2024 Data
Port | Nature | Throughput |
Ho Chi Minh Port | Deep-water port | 12 million+ TEUs |
Sihanoukville Port | Seaport | 1 million+ TEUs |
Phnom Penh Port | River port | 450,000+ TEUs |
Land Transportation
Close to Cambodia's National Road No. 1, Jinba Expressway (to be completed in 2027) and Mupai Expressway, it will form a "Phnom Penh - Bavet - Ho Chi Minh City" transnational corridor in the future, reducing the driving time from Phnom Penh to Bavet from 3 hours to 1.5 hours.
The 3-hour economic circle covers Phnom Penh International Airport, Chongde International Airport (soon to operate), and Ho Chi Minh International Airport
