At 9 a.m. on August 7th, Mr. Hem Riseth and Mr. Sor Sodany, the two vice governors of Svay Rieng Province, Cambodia, along with Mr. Sreng Hout, the director of Svay Rieng Provincial Police Department, visited Huaxiang International Economic Zone to provide guidance on its work. Mr. Huang Liping, the chairman of Huaxiang International Economic Zone, held a reception ceremony on the second floor meeting room and organized an exchange and discussion session.
Huang Liping extended a warm welcome to the leaders of Svay Rieng Province. Huang Liping emphasized that since the United States determined the new round of tariff rates for Cambodia on August 1st, a large number of foreign investors have come to Huaxiang International Economic Zone to consult about setting up factories. They highly affirmed the zone's high positioning, first-class facilities and considerate services. Huang Liping pointed out that all the achievements the zone has made today are inseparable from the strong support of the leaders of Svay Rieng Province. He hoped that in the future development process of the zone, it could continue to receive the consistent care and guidance of the leaders of Svay Rieng Province.
Mr. Hem Riseth, the Vice Governor of Svay Rieng Province, delivered an important speech. First, he conveyed the sincere greetings of Mr. Beng Porsa, the Governor of Svay Rieng Province, to Mr. Huang Liping. He also stated that as a key economic zone in Svay Rieng Province, the provincial government will pay close attention to and support the Huaxiang International Economic Zone. Mr. Hem Riseth also expressed the provincial government's concern for foreign entrepreneurs who have come to invest and set up factories in the Huaxiang International Economic Zone and promised to provide protection for their investment activities in the zone continuously.
Hem Riseth pointed out that the Huaxiang International Economic Zone has maintained a steady growth rate and continuously expanded its scale over a year. Such achievements are indeed commendable. He hopes that all Huaxiang people will remain true to their original aspirations, forge ahead with determination, provide the best services for foreign-funded enterprises to go global, and contribute to solving the livelihood and employment issues for the Cambodian government. He believes that under the leadership of Chairman Huang Liping, the development of the Huaxiang International Economic Zone will continue to improve and create more green wealth.
